Members of Jazz Arts & Ceramics, and its auxiliary, regardless of the membership type, are ineligible for prizes awarded as a result of the raffle.
Participants in this raffle must be 18 years old and may require ID to establish such claim.
The rafffle drawing will be held on the first day of month, that does not fall on a Sunday.

Participants in these raffles must be at least 18 years old and capable of providing ID for such claim.
The raffle drawings will be held in Cincinnati, Ohio on the last day of the month. or sooner if all tickets are sold. The time and location of the raffle will be announced at or on the 26th of each month. The "Drawing Judges" will pick three prize winners and three alternate tickets which will be held and used only if prize winners do not claim prizes within 30 days.
Winners need not be present at the drawing to win. If not present, the JCAC will make all reasonable attempts to notify the winner(s) within 24 hours of the drawing. If the winner(s) either can not be contacted after reasonable attempts by the JCAC or fails to claim the prize within 30 days of the drawing date, the prize will revert back to the JCAC and/or an alternate ticket may be used as a winner. The JCAC is not responsible for illegible or erroneous information written on tickets by players.
The Grand Prize(first prize) winner will be awarded a completely fired, prepared and painted currently displayed ceramic piece(s). Second Prize will be a "Starter Ceramics Paint Set", and Third Prize will be $20.00 cash award. All cash prizes will be paid to the winners by JCAC check.
There will be no changes or substitutions of prizes.
The Ceramics item will be shipped F.O.B. origin, 11572 Hanover Road, Cincinnati, Ohio. The
JCAC may assist in arranging shipping but will not be responsible for any shipping charges, cost or liability once the vehicle leaves the premises unless otherwise stated.
The JCAC will award each piece as-is without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied. The JCAC makes all claims of authenticity and craftsmanship with respect to the originality of any piece of art.
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, licensing and any other fees.
This offer is void where prohibited by law. The JCAC reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time, with full refund to ticket holders.
Tickets for the raffle may be obtained at the rate of a $2.00 donation per chance(US funds only). Only 24 tickets for piece per month will be sold.
Those requesting tickets by mail will not be issued tickets until their checks or VISA/MASTERCARD charges have cleared.
